We're suppose to guess what map theme is being used.

This map doesn't have all of the roads connected, so no one can move in. Be prepared to open it in the map editor first and fix this...

This map looks absolutely beautiful however, no matter what I do, no one seems to come to live in my city when using it. I guess there must be something wrong somewhere and it's a real shame as it looks incredible but the game is (obviously) impossible to play when the population remains at zero. I hope you can fix it and update the map as it is stunning to look at.
