adjust the exposure and the map will no longer look dull. Took me all day to figure this one out. lol

@DLB I think something is messed up with the ultimate eye candy, this LUT looked dull when I activated it through eye candy, but if you activate it through the graphics settings it should look better.

After financial districts, it seems broken ? :( been using it untill now, but when loading up the game, it just looks dull/crap :P

Go really shallow on the ocean depth and you will get the lighter blue tone for the water. Does the sand depicted in the pictures appear automatically on the shoreline? For some reason it doesn't on my map...

Bit annyong when using CRP extractor for personal useage theme. Just texture bin files that seems to be corrupted.

Dunno thou how to get the 9 png files.
