i need one with no DLC cuz the three land roads still get flooded with traffic and ♥♥♥♥

Excellent! Would it be possible to remove parking and add another lane. 8 Lane with Bikes would be amazing! Thanks.

Very nice! If one is going to use a whole 32m of width for a road, it might as well be one with lots of lanes, parking, and protected bike lanes.
