Please update your mod it doesnt work any more :( - i would give it a try on my server! [Server] Script Error #44: lua/TechTree_Server.lua:39: attempt to call global 'BuildTechNodeUpdateMessage' (a nil value)

That server's owner is testing a lot of different mods, which may not all be compatible, so I removed it from the description.
Once you leave a queue by walking to the other team, you left for good, so unfortunately the only thing you can do while queued is wait in that area, but atleast you don't have to be afraid that other people will take your spot (by spaming the entrance)

This however could be a nice addition, altough much more difficult to do. When you join the other team while queued to the first one, you would need a way to tell the server you still want to join the original team when a spot becomes available. Unfortunately on each map there is only two entrance, and thats too limited to achieve this.

Since I cannot join the server you listed, I will just ask here: Will I be able to join one side while queueing up for the other side? Will the mod manage multiple join-requests and swap players in opposite teams? Anyway thx for you effort!
