Taunts aren't working on public servers at the moment. It's just a bug. Valve is working on it.

Awesome taunt! A lot of time and effort was put into this taunt, and it looks stunning in the end. I can't imagine this not getting added in the upcoming smissmass update. I would be extremely disapointed if they don't add this. Good job you guys, keep up the great work. I'm instantly buying this if it gets added.
