Give the CE version a try if you would like to continue playing - it's much improved since the 0.7 update
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Apr 22, 2021 @ 6:26am
If anybody would like to do this all over again with the new blocks and new block systems, they are welcome to! It would be literally starting over from scratch. And I can't do it because my computer stopped playing ME well after 0.7 came out and I have moved on sadly.
NebuLord Apr 19, 2021 @ 4:06pm
pourquoi que ce qu'il le créer peuvent pas demandé a un autres créateur du même type le reprendre? pour pas c'est beau modes Stones de biomes correspondant a la roche du biome qui lui correspond , je veut continué des structure du desert
shad Mar 13, 2019 @ 5:08pm
It's even worse - one would have to do the exact same thing with the new generated blocks as well, which means the same amount of work on top of that

.... sounds like I could do that .....
Rohaa Feb 27, 2019 @ 11:48am
Thanks for your work Stori3d, rest in peace mod, and we hope to see the likes of you again when the dust of updates settles <3
Dusty019 Feb 24, 2019 @ 3:45pm
Stori3d, thanks for the response. Sounds like an immense task. I completely understand. Maybe one day....
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Feb 24, 2019 @ 1:44pm
I appreciate the idea, and I know the loss of this mod has left some big builds in bad shape. But that idea would still mean copying over the entire complete new block set, pulling all of the old block names in (including the disastrous multiblocks, which don't exist anymore!), cross-checking every name, etc. I wish that the game changes hadn't been so deep for 0.7, and I'm trying to help move as many old mods forward as I can. But Sandstone would just be a complete ground-up rebuild no matter how I approached it, even as a temporary work, and I can't do it with the time I've got.
Dusty019 Feb 24, 2019 @ 11:14am
Suggestion for your Sandstone Mod: Temporarily have it replace sand stone block with non-sandstone block. A temp-fix for restoring old worlds that has a lot of sandstone.

RIP :'(
arielwyndwalker Jan 8, 2019 @ 9:26am
I konw it was not the sandstone walls that caused it :) There were several mod errors of yours, wolfgar's and other mods that were in the error log. I told Wolfgar about it and he fixed his (one was medieval cart, other the spears). He suggested I let you know about the ones I found on yours he thought it would be helpful. Anyways. I am thinking I should uninstall and reinstall the game..
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 8, 2019 @ 8:02am
Ouch that's rough! It's not the Sandstone mod causing it, but it could be a bad update download from Steam. Steam can screw up an update and make a mess. I hope Keen gets you sorted out soon!
arielwyndwalker Jan 8, 2019 @ 7:13am
Actually, I can't play the game at all. They are a bit more than looking scary, the game crashes over and over. It is errors from numerous creators mods. I removed the mods, and now the game is still crashing. Waiting on response from Keen from all the logs I have sent.
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 8, 2019 @ 2:22am
Yeah the entire Sandstone mod is likely to be completely changed/broken when the next big hame update comes out so I’m not going to do any updates til then. All of these errors/notices are very minor things that don’t affect gameplay or performance really at all, it’s just a shame they clutter up the logs & look a lot scarier than they are.
arielwyndwalker Jan 7, 2019 @ 11:22pm
This is a very long error for sandstone. and I have 1000 characters only in these comments. I would be glad to copy the whole thing on discussions or?
arielwyndwalker Jan 7, 2019 @ 11:19pm
I'm getting a lot of errots on mods. Wolfgar thought I should give you the errors, so I will try to find them all and post them. Hope this helps.

[Spitfyre] kjs Dec 9, 2018 @ 7:27am
Np ^_^ Thank you for the mod!
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Dec 9, 2018 @ 6:42am
OK, I took a look at the battlements file and did see something funky with capitalization. I fixed and reuploaded, hopefully that was the issue. Thanks for letting me know!
[Spitfyre] kjs Dec 9, 2018 @ 6:31am
It costs 0 stick and 0 stone, and 99% sure its the battlement
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Dec 9, 2018 @ 6:19am
Hi kjs, thanks for the note. What do you mean free? It doesn't cost anything to make? Or is it researched right away? If you can rediscover exactly which piece it is, that would be helpful.
[Spitfyre] kjs Dec 9, 2018 @ 6:04am
(i can't remember exactly which block it is :P) but i'm pretty sure its the battlement, it's free... which is a bit weird :P
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Nov 24, 2018 @ 12:28pm
Hi Mousserr. It’s just an overactive error-reporting service the game is doing. Those models aren’t missing and the mod will work fine on servers.
Mousserr Nov 24, 2018 @ 12:21pm
I seem to be having problems loading this mod. On server startup it is complaining about missing models. Is there anything I can do about this because my players and I love this mod.
ithiliom Aug 29, 2018 @ 10:53pm
ok.. sounds ok...
the new thing with stone-blocks is that all parts seem to only 1 stick... they will probalby remove the stick entirely, as they did with floors...
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Aug 29, 2018 @ 7:10pm
Hi ithiliom. I plan to leave sandstone walls needing large sandstones, to kind of help differentiate its stone more from the vanilla. But I do want to look at stacking, etc and make sure it all makes sense.
ithiliom Aug 29, 2018 @ 7:02pm
Hi...
Keen has changed stacksizes and material usage...
so I am wondering if you are going to change that for sandstone as well..:)
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Aug 28, 2018 @ 6:15pm
The blocks should have precisely the same structural integrity as the vanilla blocks. First I’ve heard of them causing fails. Do you have any screenshots of how you built the tower? Also no, no change on the fractures changing color — the fracture software has been bought by Microsoft & isn’t really accessible. Which stinks. There’s a rumor that the next major update may help, but it’s still a ways away
Oorestis Aug 28, 2018 @ 5:05pm
Any news on the fixing of the grey bug? Also wanted to mention that a log time ago I tried building a giant tower with you sandstone blocks, and at a certain point the blocks kept self-collapsing and breaking on their own. I didn't do anything...I kept clearing the mess and building it again and again, and the same thing kept happening. Since that I never used the mod again, cause the blocks are just useless.
Rosalie Mar 5, 2018 @ 11:36am
Ah, ok. Good to hear you are working on it though :D
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Mar 5, 2018 @ 9:35am
Hey Arigas. Those are good ideas. I've been working with the devs to try to think of a way to fix the problem of getting sandstone to fit only in the appropriate containers. And I'm narrowing in on a possible solution. If it works, it may be possible to add things like claim payments and other uses without being as much of a pain as it was!
Rosalie Mar 5, 2018 @ 9:28am
Any chance of sandstone being able to be used to pay claims or even make things like grindstones?
sonicthe Feb 26, 2018 @ 1:43pm
Stori3d, is it your mod or someone else's that has the small block sandstone pillar. If it's yours, I would really like a small block regular stone pillar if possible. If it isn't yours, then nevermind. :)

Great stuff, though.
Capsuna Feb 20, 2018 @ 4:05pm
ah darn =/
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Feb 20, 2018 @ 6:06am
Hey Capsuna. I would love to make it smaller but can't be done. It uses a variation of the game's enormous "blocksheet" textures, which combined make about 250MB. In order to make a smaller version, I would have to rebuild every block by hand using a smaller custom texture. Hundreds of models, and just not really doable.
Capsuna Feb 20, 2018 @ 4:47am
Request a smaller version. I would love to put this on my server but 300MB is just WAY to much. If you can get it below 15mb i would use it on 24/7 East Coast Survival
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Feb 9, 2018 @ 3:31am
Hi Der Brain. That’s a great idea. I’ll look at the different wall types that mod uses & see if I can add them in here.
McBrain Feb 9, 2018 @ 3:11am
it would be nice to have the half wall variants for using with the 30° roof
wolfgar7474 Feb 6, 2018 @ 7:10am
Sure no problem. I like his videos, how he uses our mods and he is helping advertise.
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Feb 6, 2018 @ 7:03am
He got in touch with me last night and I found & fixed the problem then. It's all good to go! Thanks though for letting me know. Always fun when the vanilla game gets tweaked -- you never know just what will break in the mods. :)
wolfgar7474 Feb 6, 2018 @ 6:40am
Hi Stori i was watching this video this morning and Radioman03 seems to be having a problem with this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gs6_NckpWxo&t=11s thought you might want to know
Terence Powderly Jan 13, 2018 @ 4:06pm
Anytime mate. Thanks for your dedication.
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 13, 2018 @ 5:34am
Fixed it @Rakkeyal. Just an old model I had missed & forgotten to delete. Thanks much for letting me know!
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 13, 2018 @ 5:22am
Hey Rakkeyal. Thanks I’ll check this out & see what’s happening
Terence Powderly Jan 13, 2018 @ 5:07am
"Round Wall, Right Door" (small curve) block appears to still be orange. Just to let you know.
TheBoot Jan 10, 2018 @ 2:40pm
Tested here as well and works! :chug:
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 10, 2018 @ 10:24am
Lol thanks much @Jezus, I found a binary-code editor that helped me do what I needed to do without having to wait for the devs. Always nice!
Jezus Jan 10, 2018 @ 9:36am
juste tested it and it works fine on me
great job (and bloody quick) ;)
Jezus Jan 10, 2018 @ 9:05am
well I won't need it now (not on my future "sand castle" atm (on another project for a while)) but I'll definitely will try if it works again as soon as I can
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 10, 2018 @ 8:52am
Heya Jezus. Should be safe to put it back, in case you find yourself needing or wanting it!
Jezus Jan 9, 2018 @ 3:52pm
I was wondering what was happening with my regular stone buildings, now I know
glad to see you"re already working on it ;) (hope you'll find a solution)
in the meantime I'll just have to remove your nice mod (I'm ashamed to admit I didn't use it ... yet)
STORI3D PAST Productions  [author] Jan 9, 2018 @ 11:18am
(And slate-colored roofs. Oops)
