I cant because steam workshop i broken and i can only update mod to 1.25 version. Anyway unit mods dont need to be updated.

Fes was mediterranean hat adopted by the Ottomans from the Byzantines so it makes perfect sense that it is present in the Balkans. Besides, fashion does not know national borders.

But albanians don't wear fez (red hat) they wear plis or qeleshe (white felt). Still a great mod but it would be awesome if you could change that.

could you change it so tier 4 albanian infantry doesnt use a fez as that implies that they got it from the ottomans, where in some games ottomans could be long out of europe by then

Amazing. Kosovo is albanian, because they speak albanian, and you can't even take it for yourselfs.

I really like that the Bulgarian units are a lil bit germanised(historically this is what happened).Good work!
