After every game update I simply search for the most recent or most popular in a week mods for this auto-explore feature and I always have to switch because mods get abandoned.

Some very strange conflict with District Overhaul 2. This mod cause it to completely bug out.

I've updated the supported version to 2.6.1 @sammygc that should fix the issue you were having earlier @Byter I can't confirm that it still grants the same edicts so for the time being I've changed the description to just include the auto exploration research at startup

@rynstar yea this is a must have mod for when you dont want to roll the dice against micromanaging a fleet of survey ships.... i dont suppose you would have the time to put together a mod that adds orbital habitats to start tech? thanks again for the mod

Wanted to say thank you for the mod. I think I used it in the past, but I unsubscribed from all of my mods for 2.2 and started over, and yours slipped through the cracks till now.

@DegenerateLolicon Indeed, but I still updated the mod as the red exclamation point annoys me. Anything you'd like to see moded with the new version? I haven't had too much time to play it yet so I'm not sure if there are any quality of life improvments to be made.

There's already a mode that does this feature called "Auto Auto Explorer" I don't believe it adds the edict though. As for the "Auto build mod" it already exsists. You just have to search for it.
