@mysteryman3 I see your point about placement. I hadn't considered lore or anything when placing it except convenience. As far as upgrading the weapons goes, I have never been a fan of changing weapons to make the game easier. The only weapons I think are inbalanced are bows and only for master level play.

Interesting. I did a mod very similar to this. I added a chest in the torture room with three steel one-handed weapons (a sword, an axe, and a mace). They are all slightly faster, lighter, higher damaging and more valuable versions of their normal counterparts. Your mod is more comprehensive and covers all play styles, whereas I believe mine fits into the game a lot better and is more logically placed.

This mod does what a lot of mods SHOULD do, and that is be very useful without being a pain to properly use.

I think this is better done than the tiny backpack mod someone else produced. (I'm a fan of the leather and hunting bow options this mod has that the other doesn't too.) Thumbs up!

laggmag! typical imperial oficers wear heavy armors and handle one-handed swords( theyr "Gradius")

I put it in a spot where you can access it no matter which you start. If you start Imperial, it will be in the room you first fight the Stormcloaks.
Laggamag! Jan 17, 2013 @ 9:11pm
Could you do it for imperals to. I like being on there side. If you go with stromcloacks its light armor, two handed wepon. But with imperals its heavy armor, one handed wepon. (Sorry for bad spelling)

I understand that it is slightly redundent for light armor. I mainly made it because I generally always start on the Imperial side and had to wait to get heavy armor or go Stormcloak and wait to get a 2 handed weapon...I also like having the bow right off too.

If more people want me to I will change the iron over to steel. Going any higher just seemed more cheating than helping to me.

maybe make them steel or just a little more powerful, otherwise you can just find them in seconds after killing stormcloaks
