I see the item sprite and all I can think of is Isaac going up to Meat Boy and saying "You're my friend now. We're having soft tacos later!"

It's kind of like Birth Control, but without removing the familiars and gives range as well. It's basicially a better versions of Birth Control. Nice job!

Very good idea, the sprite for the item is pretty well chosen but I think edmund would change it when he would add it. But very good item :D

While I do like this mod it seems to not do much to make Familiars themselves inherently useful. If you made the item give damage and fire rate to familiars, perhaps, it would be better.
