sorry for the necro but installing all mods from: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898653673 (official modpack mods) solved the missing mod issue for me

I am unaware of what mods are missing. Durf has changed a few of the mods so I suggest you guys to turn on all the Modpack mods. That might fix it.
