From what i understood its a mod to make the player stop burning or destroying buildings, pretty handy in public servers if you ask me as there are trolls that will burn everything in the base. So what will happen if you keep on destroying or burning things? the "bear child" is the teddy bear you see in the pictures, it will spawn, come for you and kill you to prevent more destruction. A very handy mod, not sure if there are more like these around, would be awesome to see it translated completely and described better. Props to the creator!
