Sorry about the late response, but I can't do anything about it, that's as loud as it gets.

L4D2 manages the volume of modded menu musics strangely. For example, I could make it louder in Audacity, but the volume will stay exactly the same as it was once in-game.
So yeah, sorry about that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
