Thank you for getting back - Personally, I was thinking of the three - Williams Oil, Ore and Farm, or a combination of them...Your 'Industrial Park Plaza' is outstanding-But abit 'large' for its count, nonetheless pretty cool once its down. [I've found by using PropItUp!1.4.2 one can reduce some of the Tris-LOD footprints do a degree by removing some of the props within - I am not a Modder or Asset Bldr, just a player] But for 'us' players if would be really cool to be able to grab one of these in 'Parks', plop it down, where one wants to dress up his/her 'city'. For me is frustrating trying to get particular bldg down in-game [generate?] and it never seems to happen. For me it doesn't even have to do anything [the bldg] - Just look neat. But its pretty neat to have your Cims/Sims walk-through or gather at some point [personal thought]. I hope you might reconsider perhaps making afew of these. Have a great day and thanks, again.

ssgteverett, sure, I had a small one out there for a bit, but it did not do so well, but as of late people are asking for it. Would it be general work equipment of specific for Oil, Ore, Etc.?

It should populate quickly on it's own and yes, will be replaced as industry matures and builds up. Maybe I should build a whole new version that can be placed?

I cant get it to stay there. I have built a large equipment yard but when I put your building in the middle, roadside, it builds, the equipment appaears and after 5 minutes disappears. I have it on a 4 x 4 industrial zone. I have tried all the commercial zones also. Any ideas?
