During the empire story campaign when I get to the part where I need a star destroyer to get Leia, I keep getting told I cannot do it. Vader says you need to requisition a star destroyer and use the tractor beam. So I build one and send it to Tatonniee but I get the error from Vader. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I like all the new units they look really cool the only thing I don't like myself is on CG not having hyper lanes it's really annoying getting attacked all over the place. I hope you will look into maybe adding them in the future.

Pretty solid mod that doesn't stray far from the vanilla feel, but is way more balanced and better than vanilla. I also like that it has the EAW and FOC story campaigns in it. It would however be a way better mod if you actually changed the vanilla units models to way better ones. You could probably grab them from another mod. That would make this even better.

Most Imperial lasers are green in order to distinctively identify them as Imperial; especially helpful in 4-way all-faction battles.

The same goes for the other factions. Generally, the following applies for lasers:
Rebels = red
Consortium = yellow
Hutts = purple

@JohnTheProphet there should be mods for it and some mods dont go above a certain amount cause the game is pretty old and isnt always able to run 500 cruisers

I must've remembered the buff % incorrectly my apologies for that. Though when my friends and I play any faction it still feels as though the Empire is still performing the weakest offensively. Which is contradictory to their in universe advantage of having the highest damage when it comes to capital ship warfare. Even the Rebellion, which is more of a defensive faction. Still performs better on an offensive front than the Empire in multiple cases from our experience. We will definitely keep playing to gather more data (and because we enjoy your mod a lot and think it's the best one for multiplayer skirmishes) but we strongly encourage taking another look at them. Also good choice on the Hutts they are definitely a bit more above the other factions at the moment!

There have been some major changes over the last few versions that make ISD-II spamming much less effective. In particular, turbolaser damage against shielding has been reduced across the board for all units. This makes mixing in ISD-Is crucial to help beat down shields. Thrawn's capital ship defense passive has also been moved to Daala recently which is very important when spamming ISDs.

As for the Tier 5 damage upgrade, it has never been a 100% bonus in any iteration of SoaFE and changing it would probably make the Empire super overpowered.

The next minor version of SoaFE will also remove Pestelous the Hutt's ship defense part of his passive so end-game Hutts should be less obnoxious to deal with.

The Empire feels much more weak than the other factions now especially the Hutt Cartel. My friend used several ISD IIs on me as well as Piett and Thrawn and I shook off his attack to minimal damage to my main space station as the Hutt Cartel. We both had all max buffs and tier stations and hes not a novice player. And yet all his ships could not sustain the firepower to attack my base. I highly suggest reverting the Tier 5 damage boost for the Empire from 50% back to 100%. Because the Empire has all around become inferior to all the other factions.

Sabotage cost increases with each destroyed building so leaving corruption on your worlds is often not the worst thing ever. Eventually the ai will stop or end up spending a fortune on your buildings which gives you an edge against them. Perhaps in the future I'll add a new unit to help with corruption removal but the current update today is more focused on adding missing planetary bonuses and corruption options

Greetings , I would ask for something little change for the next patcg if it is possible.
As the consortium is very aggressive in corruption , i think the chance to have fleet and field commander able to remove corruption would help a lot (similar with what happend in other mod like Absolut Corruption mod ) , also since all my other heroes able to do that are always busy in battle far away.
Actually the only contermesure was to avoid to build any land structure thing that is somehow a pity.
