This is an amazing mod but can u either fix the description or actually make it achievement compatible? This mod is NOT achievement compatible because it modifies the checksum.

Mod seems to be working fine and only needed the version number to be updated to make the error message go away.

Most times you can use a mod even if the launcher says it is out of date. The error message is more about encouraging authors to check and make sure their mods still work.

It's just as easy to do as the female version, but I have zero motivation to do it. Sorry.

If it works then it's fine. The warning appears simply because the version number in the mod's description file doesn't match the game version.

Is it working with the current version of stellaris ? When I gave it a try, seemed to work well enough, but still get warnings on the mod pannel list, so refraining from using it for the time being. Thanks for that mod, in any case, love it. ^^

I should be able to fix it fairly quickly. It will help if I know in advance when the update is landing since I don't check steam every day.

Any chance this is going to work with 2.0? As i find it appropriate to use it both for my glorious cyborg secessionists leaving Sol III that was never their home - and the irrelevant cult fanatically pursuing them into space as the last ditch effort to preserve importance at least in their own eyes if not UNE's or CM's anymore.

How do u think about of creating matriarchy, fanatic matriarchy and opposite patriarchy, fanatic patriarchy in ethics?

Open \Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris\gfx\portraits\portraits\07_portraits_human.txt

Go to \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\ and find the matriarchyii file. In that zip open \matriarchyii\gfx\portraits\portraits\female_portraits.txt

Replace the "pop" and "leader" blocks in female_portraits.txt with the originals in 07_portraits_human.txt (pic: http://puu.sh/z2EK6/b03cd9be3d.png) .

Make sure you have as many } as { in the right places or your game will break. Also be aware that your changes will be overwritten when I update this mod unless you make a new mod for yourself. You can do that using the mod tools in stellaris' launcher then copying the matriarchyii files in to the folder the launcher creates in C:\Users\[you]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\mod\

Hello, I have a theological monarchy and I want only my archprophetess and her heirs to be female only. Pops and generals/scientiest etc can be male. How can I enable the males for those positons?

yeah in order to use the dlc, this has to be updated or disabled.

Given there is an official dlc addressing humanoids, an update may be in order as this mod does clash with that dlc. I may be willing to do it if you cannot, pm me if that is what needs to happen.

I'm not having any problems with the mod at all and I have all the dlc so it's, probably, not that.

It does not, and having both active might cause them to interfere with each other.

I'm stumped as to what might be causing it. Some DLC add portraits but only to other categories so it shouldn't be a problem here. You could try disabling any special editions etc in the startup screen.

Also I don't have Synthetic dawn or Utopia so I can't be certain it's compatible with those.

Does the original mod need to be active at the same time as this one for it to work? I'm running out of possible solutions for the race not showing up in the selection screen.

I've disabled every other mod and it still doesn't show up.

That was one of the bugs I ran in to while making this one.

kinda wish someone would make a mod where it just makes the leadership female. that'd be a truer "Matriarchy" mod.
