my friend just miss clicked it, the problem is how to stop the spiders from attacking my friend without a whistle

It doesn't have to be something absurd, just something to make him a little more independent (something that Wurt has, unlike him)

You could add mechanics that involve Webber being a little more independent of spiders, like mutation buffs, or trapping enemies in webs

I spent an in-game day fighting tentacles with spiders and I only made spiders attack single tentacles that were far away from others, so I don't think nurse spiders could've been interrupted.

Hahaha, thank YOU for making this cool mod. As far as I know, tentacles in dst are supposed to do single-target damage, and I had 6 nurse spiders and a few warriors. Basically all of my warriors died and one nurse spider did too in a fight against tentacles and nurses didn't use their healing ability even once.

Anyways, thanks for reminding me. With how fragile and expensive nurses are in the mod, I'll make adjustments to their behaviour to be smarter, which includes healing outside combat.

They won't heal when it aids their target, which is only spider wars. I'll check it out, but are you sure they're not being interrupted?

Are spider nurses supposed to not heal at all while fighting tentacles? They just never do that against them and die.

N just auto kicks/disconnects you bcuz the blacklist is commonly automated now even BattleMetrics and Omega/CFTools just auto detect and have a checkbox for just auto kicking

The reason this mod worked for me was because it felt balanced, there was always a cost to getting something. Farming a T3 den came down to costing HP (and then replenishing it)
I liked making a place for a spider farm off to an edge, tho I am happy I dont have to spend the time on it anymore (making gate needs T2 machine, dumb)

Havent and not gonna find out anytime soon since Klei patched out my fix to ping being "???" which then sorts(hides) my server I host to the bottom past even 500 or higher ping servers
So even if the ping were to b 50 for those that join, servers with 200 would show up before mine -which will still be a long way down the list

Even made an acct on their forums, posted to their bug report. It's been there since like 2021 and the issue since 2014. Ended up buying single player version of the game since that's the only mode I can now play on the "multiplayer" version

If possible, make an update adding the den decorations. I know I can surround the nest, but the advantage of the decoration is precisely that friends in multiplayer will benefit from the nest's defense and the loot that can be generated from farming involving the nest.

Crashes? Not good. The mod author probably gave up on this mod years ago

Sleeping in a den works fine, but after the day ends and my game saves (specifically AFTER i slept in a den that day), my game crashes and the day resets back to where it was.

I'm not sure but I don't think i'm able to craft the switcher-cookies for spiders anymore with this mod on? The "Switcherdoodles" they're called, as far as i know.

This mod is genuinely perfect, I hated the refresh update for Webber, it just felt bit too cutesy. I love the fact that I can trade with the queen, the nurse Spiders have a different sprite and they don't look weird or like from another game, Sleeping in spider nests is useful and the balanced night vision you get with the queen's hat is incredible. Thank you for understanding the assignment, this is a amazing alternative. 10/10

PLEASE update this so we can have den decorators, they make gaming with friends so much less of a headache, plus its super adorable!

mod is great but removing alot of the new changes make feels ......... wierd
