@Apeiron There are plenty of mod tutorials out there, I would say Stellaris modding is very easy, compared to ArmA 3. Just find something about textures modding stellaris, and you will find what you need.

This mod should work fine with latest update. Only because Stellaris says that mods can cause compatibility issues, it doesn't mean there will be.

I still prefer to play a game with all mods updated than waste my time seeing that damn message each time I want to play Stellaris.

I haven't tested this mod yet but for everyone who is spamming "update", first run the mod before asking. Judging by the changes they made this patch there is absolutely no reason why this mod shouldn't be working.

The Mammalian Titan looks kinda dope though. It's actually my favourite one. Corvettes and Destroyers are okay, Cruisers and battleships look absolutely stupid though, especially the Spinal mount which was just a recycled Hangar Module anyway.

@SpeisCheese I don't so much mind the block-shaped hulls, I mind the fact that they're built like Johnny Bravo. Stupidly fat bow sections, and absurdly tiny aft sections.

They kind of remind me of a bad copy of the Planet Killer from Star Trek, or a cornucopia, built by a 5 year old out of Lego Duplo blocks.

As it is, I pretty much use them for all custom Machine Nations, unless I'm playing one, and then I still use Humanoid ships.

@Belaaron I find them okay, but I wish they had used the new DLC Human ships as the free Mammalian ships instead, they look so much better.

Eh...just ignore the Mammalian ships...they're absolute garbage no matter their texture. Paradox really needs to release a free patch to change them out entirely. They're disgusting.

Plantoid ships have another texture if I recall correctly? And well I don't have the humanoid dlc, so I can't really test new textures with these.

I know that they are a bit too dark, but the light grey textures weren't so pretty either.

Some feedback - overall i like this mod but mammalian ships are TOO dark and IMO looks pretty ugly. I dont force you to change it, but, well, maybe you ll take a look on it atleast

And if I recall correctly transparent ships should use DXT3.
