Sometimes, you have to move backward when dropping it, depending on how big the weapon is.

Whenever I drop a weapon it instantly gets picked up again.

Just did some digging, looks like automatic keybinds coded in LUA are blocked.

Looks like with one of the updates weapon drop was formally added, should be binded to "/" by default.

Should be visible in garrysmod/garrysmod/cfg/config.cfg (open with notepad++ or comparable) on line 49

Super useful addon.
I'm noticing a new LUA error coming up (running vanilla)

Doesn't appear to affect functionality. I'm just constantly relaunching and the error throws every time the map loads.

when you drop an m9k gun and pick it up like an 8 round pistol will have 45 bullets when you pick it up

Tip for people who keep picking up the weapon when it drops: Install VManip, Manual Pickup. It's a temporary (and quite so-so) solution, but I hope it helps!
