@Zezssinator@ The stone doesn't actually have any powers apart from turning metal into gold and granting eternal life. @DigitalWinslow@ On that topic, could you make it so the stone gives you a very large amount of health?

Great mod, but do you think the Philosopher's Stone could also increase your mana (like your accessing the stones vast power) just an idea. Thanks!

Daniel, if you go to Arcadia's in Whiterun (upstairs loft) to the alchemical workspace and click on it, scroll down to the bottom. You'll see what materials you'll need to create these stones (thus discovering the "works"). It's alot of fun just running around collecting the items for these stones, adding yet another "quest" for the Dragonborn...

didn't realize about the poison thing. The corrupted items should be the ones that ae poison though.

@mh, Thank you for the feedback.

-I thought I had added a third potion. I do plan to add more as they occur to me.
-I need the paper , quill, and ink for some other addons I'm working on and conceptually they fit in this one better. I haven't any other ideas for them in this addon yet however.
-I typically have some need I'm trying to accomplish in skyrim which leads to the addon I'm working on (this addon started from a desire to use those extra bones and scale I always had, as you are familiar with :) . I havent' really played a character who uses a lot of poisons. But it's a good idea, so I'm going to add some poisons.
-Just having philosophical essence in your inventory crashed the game? I've had 2 million of those and some other tokens for other addons I'm working on and I've never had a problem. So I'm not quite sure where to start tweaking.

What I like:
- There's finally a use for excess dragonbones and gems.
- The produced items are not cheap to aquire and actually useful, though I wished there would
be more then two potions, but then I might have missed some of them
- The use of some virtually useless items (burned books, etc) is great.
- Mutli level crafting process to get the philosophers stone is nice too.

After having played it some, I have a few suggestions to make:
- I was a bit suprised that there were no negative (poison) effects amongst any of the producted ingridients.
- For some reason, there were two types of burned book required for one of the recipes and telling them appart is virtually impossible without relying on the console
- It might be a good idea to adjust the scale of the 'philosophical essence' a bit. Having 34k of that stuff didn't really please skryim much (crashed two times in a row, but might be a problem with my low end hardware).
- Generally I would like to see more and some poison recipes.
- There's generally no use for quills and rolls of paper once the stone is complete, maybe there
could be some additional use for thsose?

@jowk1, I don't have the knowledge to make new graphical pieces, so I reuse what's inthe system. So it looks like a sigil stone.

Throwable potions do already exist in another mod i´m using, called "throwing weapons" or sth... maybe you could use the scripts from there? I dunno. Hope i could help :^)

the work of transformation is not in lab the other 3 are had 2 use console cheat to get it

I've looked at death from afar.
1-I like it. 2-haven't figured it out yet 3- I want to be able to create new throwing potions with this mod.
If I could link this mod and that mod that would be great, but don't think you can do that.

Pretty good mod...... just one thing throwing weapons are allready in a mod called "death from afar" and it has sevrel thrown potions and perks for them if you down load the perks mod for it
