its cause i deleted the one in the garry's mod files and replaced it with that one and installed all the materials from BMS. I dont suggest doing it since it messed up my eli vance texture :P

Why isn't Eli Vance's model working? I get a model that looks like both his Black Mesa figure and his HL2 figure got chewed up and spit out merged together. I also noticed he is not included in your list of features.
