Who can form rome?

i was hyped to install the mod then all hope was dashed when it said mod was outdated lol. Started as Florence and just went apeshit on the peninsula

i'll update some stuff and make it even better. I'll repupload this mode with some events and extra stuff.

@Hero of Telemark There are certain criteria that need to be met in order to make a mod compatible with ironman. It mostly boils down to "Does the mod change the map in any way?", "Does the mod change any of the mechanics in any way?", and "does the mod change the state of any of the nations?" So, generally, it's mods that add portraits, new models for the troops, and sound effects are okay, but anything that might alter how the game plays out won't work

can you make a DLC-free version?

It won't let you get achievements as it modifies the checksum.

I seen some mods working with ironman and such. does this one work with iron man as well?

Youll need Common Sense, Art of War, and El Dorado if I remember correctly

Can you remove ocupation of rome when you form roman republic?

You need First 2-3 expansions (i forgot their names :c)

Can you still form the Roman Empire as the Roman Republic?

I like the idea. One thing, though. The Papal State should be the only state able to somehow form it (maybe via events?), since no other Italian Duchies/Kingdoms would be interested in calling themselves Romans or in becoming the Roman Empire (none of them consider themselves descendants of Rome soo)

Maybe reduce requirements to rome, not being papal state, not being tuscany or naples, and owning either Milan, Venice or Genoa?
