Breaks my content manager too. Took an hour to find that this mod is the cause. Be adviced.

I feel like the fire risk is a bit high as my parking lots like to burn a bit much.

Need curb stops. So many parking lot/space assets are missing them. Sure, can add them manually, but...

Something is definitely off with those. They do load properly for me, but the positioning of the parking spots is off. There are gaps between them.

This asset cause my hole game to go nuts.. in the content mangager i cant see my mods cause its just black and cant see my other assets either, just this one.. when i unsubed this assets my mods and asset came back..
