I think if you add me as a contributor I can make a separate discussion for the supplemental stuff I update.
I was going to make a mini-mod to supplement this one, At the moment I've cut all the features into individual images and was contemplating turning them into cards or decals. The only problem with decals is I don't know how you would import them to an existing game. I also have all the character screens cut and ready to make into tokens for those that like the original versions.
Anytime you want to collaborate or anything, Id be more than happy to help. I have ideas for feature and character selection that use ideas from the Massive Darkness mod that might work well, I just need to test them. :)
I'm not planning on making the screens. There's information on both sides and found this easier.
Currently I haven't added any features greater than 50xp.
I may try to get to that this weekend.
Thanks!
Any plan for making the screens?
War Deity's Blessing has been changed to "War God's Blessing" in the release.
Sneak Attack III (60xp) is wrong. it is "During your turn, discards a card to deal your choice of Black+Colorless, Green+Colorless, Red+Colorless, or Blue+Colorless"
There are duplicate "Evocation (Savant)" and "Penetrating Senses" Features (one extra of each)
When they're all added, I was thinking of sorting them, maybe consider use of Skybox to make it easy for players to find features for their class. Id be happy to make some mock JSON files. Also if you need help scanning any of these, let me know.

Since there were some cards which had misprints (dogs instead of spiders) I decided to go through my box and compare notes. I noticed that the base game rewards/item deck is a little off. Here are the changes that need to be made:
Common:
Remove 1 Poison Card
Add 1 Climbing Card
Uncommon:
Remove 1 Bloodletter +1
Remove 1 Ivory Dagger +1
Rare:
Remove 1 Rope of Constriction
Features!
There are now 104 base features up to 75XP cost.
Also the 2 Patron features have been added to the expansion features.
Big table is back!
Game components and the tokens are now off the table & locked in midair.
Also:
Even more scenarios!
-Terror in the Catacombs
-The Slaad Plague
Expansion Scenarios:
-Chaos in the TrollClaws (requires Level 2)
-Shadows Over Dragonspear Castle (requires Level 2)
Notes:
You should be able to drag components onto the table without issue.
You can always copy something by right- click and copy... then paste on table (CTRL V).
For newer players, pressing the ALT key over an item enlarges it.
Misc:
Starting cards are now in infite bags for hand setup.
Added Rakasha card to Bodyguard Scenario.
I can put it back. Either way I am working on putting the bags/components off the table.
I'll take a look at it when I get time and see if i can come up with some organizational ideas. Do you have a link to your original table image that you were using?
Added Party Leader token and sword trackers that look like the ones in the game.
Thanks to CremasterConfusion for both!!
I've made some changes based on feedback. The Change Notes has the details but in summary:
I made the table a bit smaller and made room for 6 players (maximum Dragonfire player size).
Everything is split between the Base game and between each expansion.
Nothing is pre-set up, so you can pick the classes and adventures you wish.
2 new Scenarios have been added! "Unholy Presence" and "The Portcullis is Breached".
Also Dragonfire's official site has the official rules, errata, and quick start guide.

Thanks again for everyone's comments and feedback!
Honestly I think you may want to consider sizing down everything a bit. You've got the largest table and everything is so huge. The game supports up to 6 players so you may want to have room for that.
I do want to say I like the custom tokens you made, they make it easier to remember what's what and they look nice. :)
I especially want to scan all the character sheets.
Also I'll scan and add more adventures.
I guess I have a question for everyone:
Would you rather have the game load and just show basic cards for purposes of beginning play -- then have bags with advanced cards? (Right now it's the opposite.)
Or should it be a basically empty field with it up to players to pick?
I suppose I could create 2 separate games... one a more 'tutorital / beginner type', and this one.
Or any other ideas, please post them.
Thanks for all the positive feedback, it's my first Mod and I didn't think this many people would be playing =)
Again, thank you for your efforts and I'd love to help organize some things if it helps (I know these things can suck up a lot of time) so I can share edited JSON files or something if you're inclined.
There's quite a few organization issues I have, but it'll take time to really go over everything to make a detailed suggestion post. One major issue I can point out though is that since the character screens don't have a back to them, you don't know what their item limitations are.
The character sheets that are out on the table aren't really setup for the basic tutorial adventure. Some come from Sword Coast, others from the Base game. I was thankfully able to find a spreadsheet that listed all characters /cards so I knew what I was walking into.
Another I'm curious on is if you plan on adding the other adventures, it looks like only 3 are in the pack right now? I did notice the first adventure "An Ancient Evil Arises" had Dungeon 2 in the bag instead of Adventurers 2. Thankfully you had the decks lined up and it was easy to fix, but thought you might want to know.
Base set and Base + Heroes of the Sword Coast.
New Adventure! Unholy Presence: An Ancient Evil Arises 3
Per request, set up Market Row so cards dealt have more room and "snap" to their slot.
Also have 5 extra slots set aside in case extra Market Slots are added.
Also per request, created separate Base Box game items: Characters, Market Deck, and Features.
These are located in bags and can be used instead of the existing ones which include the "Heroes of the Sword Coast" Expansion.
Enjoy!
It is best for those who want to play only the base box and then go adding the expansions. Thanks for the great job!!
Items are scanned from the game.
Official Rules link.
New Adventure added.
Adventure Booklet added.
More Character Sheets added.
More Features added.
Custom Tokens for encounters.
Coming Soon:
Even more Adventures & Feature Skills!
Fixed Roper not having Attack Strength listed.
Shrunk the +1 and Hunter's Mark tokens.
Changed the -1 token to a gold token.
More cards!
I've added new Market cards, Dragonfire cards, encouters, and treasure!
Also several decks were updated to look more like the real game.
New icons!
Encounter icons have enhanced graphics.
Market/player cards now have colorless (grey) icons! These can only damage colorless icons on an Encounter's Damage Track.
This was a feature in the real game, I had just left it out.
Sword icons on some black cards: If you play 3 icons in a turn, draw a card. Again, this is part of the real game, I just left it out.
Dragonfire penalties!
Now on Encounters and on the Dragonfire cards, there are more penalties the higher DF level you are at.
I Also changed the Dragonfire card back and aligned it properly to the side.
Treasure!
55 cards of that precious loot.
COMING SOON:
Better rules, straight from the game!
