Which deck are you trying to use?
I've also noticed that the deck gets flipped over when shuffled back together after a layout is done, since I've been using a deck not meant to be read with rotated cards.
Thank you for your compliment. I'm sorry to disappoint, but the tool itself is not designed to work outside of the initial room. The script depends on the room to be setup in a specific order to function properly. The error you were receiving is related to the script trying to find something that does not exist within your loaded room.
The ability to use the tool in a different room has been noted as a suggestion for future updates.
I'm sorry I didn't reply to you a lot sooner. I have not personally experienced the issue you describe and have failed to reproduce it. Does it do this after you load the mod fresh from the workshop, or is it only happening in the save you modified? If its only happening inside your modified saves, then try editing a new save to rule out any mistakes or typing errors made within that save file. If you still run into the same problem, you can always edit a candle in a different save and then import it into the tarot room save, deleting the old candles and replace them with your own.
Any ideas? I'd love to be able to get this work for my RPG.
I tweaked a saved version a bit for my own use, since I noticed that the candles were a bit off in terms of the lighting and appearance of the flames.
One other thing I noticed was that using the shuffle function to reset the deck after accidentally picking the wrong layout results in an error, after which the deck needs to be found again to work.
I am looking forward to new version
Please be aware, an updated version of this mod is in the works, and the help tablet will soon be retired for better alternatives. The tablet was not updated with the last release and there are currently several known issues. Future updates will use a custom UI with easier access to help information.
As of writing this comment, I tested the mod and found that the deck still downloads and the script still functions as intended. Because it sounds like you acquired corrupted files, I suggest disabling your mod caching and try redownloading the files.
1) MainMenu>configuration>uncheck Mod caching. Close the config menu.
2) Reload the mod. With mod caching unchecked, this will redownload everything from the internet instead of using the previously downloaded files.
3) When done loading, Recheck mod caching under configuration.
I hope this helps.
Hello @AVI,
I built the cloud within Unity using a particle emitter.
Because of the character limit imposed on these comments, I was unable to post in entirety my reply. Therefore, I linked to you below my full response which can also be found by viewing the new discussion labeled "General Discussion".
General Discussion - My Response
To you and user "Sock", Thank you both for your feedback and compliments, it is much appreciated and gives me motivation.

Question, though...
Is there a way to resize the cards and not have the script resize them back to .89 when it links to them?
I prefer 1.2 width/height on the cards, but I can't figure out how to make them stay that size when using the script.
NOTICE: This is a notice to everyone who has used this mod previously....
If you notice a change in the quality of card images, please understand that card resolution has been reduced to improve loading time and errors caused by high traffic on the steam cloud.
As for shuffling reversed cards into the deck like in real life, it is not currently possible; this is because when a card is placed atop each other to create a deck, the card objects (including their separate rotations) are removed and both cards become a single deck object....every card added or removed (respawned) from the deck will then continue to share the decks rotation.
Thanks for commenting and I hope this answered your question. If you have any further questions or suggestions you would like to share, feel free to let me know.
