@Cipherkalru No. I had planned a number of "quests", starting with having to obtain entrance papers that allow you to enter Shima settlements and purchase their goods (weapons & armour). Then you would learn of the different factions within Shima society and the power struggle between them, choose a side to support, and assassinate the opposing faction leaders. Aside from that, I had a Romeo & Juliet storyline planned between the Princess and Captain Shiro which would end with one or both of them joining the player faction. I found writing dialogue and such tedious and eventually stopped working on the mod' altogether.

Is there questlines involving the shima?

Can I ask where are these guys located? I mean the whole region where they operate... I want to be sure their towns won't be overridden with other mods' towns and cities.

@Wilhelm I would love to, but unfortunately my free time is very limited now'a'days and I really don't want to promise anything and disappoint.

@Wilhelm Currently There are only those three settlements. I did not finish adding unique dialogue or interactions to the various unique npc's (aside from wandering ronin).

Also found a city called Moonlanding - again no interaction - just a shop - help?

What locations are part of the mod? I have found the Shima Shogunate and the Workshop in the Forbidden ISLE - those the only spots or? Also is there any interaction with the Shima Shogunate or no?

@SABL3BLU3 if you wouldn't mind adding me, SCAR and I just released an edition of your mod that just features the clothing. if you wouldn't mind adding me (or him), we could list you as a contributor on the page for it .

I'm a bit out of touch with Kenshi and the editor, so I couldn't say what this might be, aside from maybe the race editor .doc. Sadly, I have stepped away from Kenshi for the time being and don't have the will or time to keep the mod' up to date with the current versions of the game. If you or anyone else is able to determine if there is an issue and fix it, you have my permission to re-upload the fixed version of the mod'. Heyo, sorry to pop in with a possibly trivial issue, I popped up when I imported that there is an issue with the 'Islander Editor' in a box that said Editor Error. Should I worry?

It's because you have a custom combat animation mod. Which needs a patch for any custom race as well.

There's a bug concerning islander race that they don't show any combat animations. Do you know something about it?

Perhaps there were changes to how races are displayed in the FCS - I'll have to investigate. Let me know if you discover anything. Thanks, @Kirby. :)

@sabl3blu3 yeah sorry for the shitty elaboration. i just dont see it added in as a race? maybe it its one of my mods conflicting with it im not sure ill test it again later today

Screenshots of soon-to-be-released content have been added. Note: all weapons, armour, clothing, and characters, have been completed for months - I only just now intigrated them into the mod'.

As for complete settlements, I have two built. Just in the process of adding squads, shops, civilians, and writing dialogue.

Added original vibrant coloured clothing to the UC clothing shops, and stealth clothing to the Shinobi Thieves vendor (imported in to the Empire with permission from the Shogun by the Hondo Trade Group). You can also find the leader of the Hondo Trade Group, Mr. Fuji, at their Headquarters in Heng, along with several Hondo Samurai as his guards. I am in the process of writing dialogue for him that will allow players to acquire a "travel permit" from Mr. Fuji that will enable them to enter Islander settlements. (A guard will ask to see this permit before allowing non-Islanders entrance to any of their towns).

Any progress on the settlement and Faction?

If you have any more information, please post it in the discussion. I have an idea of what's causing it and will be very responsive until this issue is resolved.

Progress will be resumed as I have returned to Kenshi w/ the new updates. Expect fixes for any bugs that developed with said updates.

I'm on hiatus from Kenshi. So I apologize to those anticipating an update soon. At the moment, any progress is on hold. Those that would like to can use the assets from this mod' as long as I'm credited.

At the moment, the only Islanders in-game, besides your player character, are wandering ronin that you have a chance of finding in ever UC bar.

Where can I find the islanders? And do their special clothing and such, exist in a store and can be bought, or can the blueprint be bought?

ty for update on villages locations and u mean the flotsome ninjas village ya i think it's still being worked on by devs but there is one shop with 3 venders in it and u need to talk to the gate guard and be allowed in for u to buy stuff and get access just say ur a trader they some times dont walk up to u so u got to talk to them....

Currently, there aren't any settlements added. But there will be at least three. They will be found in the Forbidden Isle region.

the vilage is located in the middle of the lands to flood, between Mongrel and cannibal capital. the store is there, but inaccessible to me ...

ok so half my comment didnt show up i was asking if there are any villages for this mod yet and if so where are they located...... and where is panath? and wut shop?

I do not know if it's a conflict with another mod but I can not get into the shop in Panath. Is there only me?
