Well in rep the damage up works but the slowing tears don't, which isn't surprising cause the coding for tear effects changed in rep

Nice work, buddy! But I have a problem. Trinket doesn't give you 1/5 slow effect, though it gives you damage.
Upd. Everything works perfectly, there was a problem with another mod, "Alchemy".

I believe in eternal edition you could get it by killing the super pride baby after the main super pride. Dunno if that's possible to do, but figured I'd mention it

@Dramin Over : it looks good, but it doesnt follow the isaac sprite rules. Specifically: The light source must be on the top right (yours is in front), 2. the ink pods have a border, which they should not. 3. the eyes have a brownish dot in them, which doesnt really fit.

@spaghetti-dude : the wiki is not accurate. ingame, the item adds +1 Damage. thats a fact.

Good, but why does it give +1 damage? Original just had 1/5 chance for slowing tears. Can you make the same mod, but without extra damage? It kinda ruins that trinket in my opinion.

When held with Mom's Box, you should have it grant +2 damage and increase the chance to 2/5.

what about eternal monsters, bosses, 2 pills (shot speed up (down)), eternal transformation, eternal challenge rooms, and some gameplay changes (for example if you already have more than 12 hearts, heart display is shrinking and you can continue collect hearts up to 48). All of this was the part of eternal edition.

I always thought that this trinket should have had Ball of Tar's effect instead, would have fit better imo. It would also allow it to coexist with community remix's/antibirth's chewed pen. Still, great recreation that's true to the original trinket.
