So i already started editing the values about a week ago. Im just slow as hell. Gave every item a second look. Everything should have a cut effiency of 30 or 40 percent. Let me know if i messed up anywhere. ill make an NCE Patch later for people
Redarmy Nov 23 @ 6:38am
as others have said, not a fan of NCE. It causes unbalance issues, iv had this mod subbed to since day 1, its still 1st in my list of DL'd mods, but im gona unsub right now.

If you ever remove NCE from it il add it back. Gota keep Kenshi as vanilla as possible man, mod was great adding a few slight armor values to clothes in the beginning though.

I agree with Virplexer. I don't like what NCE dos, and would like the option to not have it. However, the resistances are so small, that it doesn't really matter that much anyway...
Thebrokenbucket Aug 20 @ 4:28pm
no NCE addon plz...
Thebrokenbucket Aug 20 @ 4:26pm
interesting
Virplexer Nov 22, 2024 @ 10:01pm
I think NCE should have been an add-on for the mod rather than in by default
NonExistantFlower Mar 27, 2024 @ 8:15am
Can you turn off the NCE in settings or something?
VillbliTårta Dec 1, 2023 @ 9:50am
patch without NCE please
Salty Oreos Oct 2, 2023 @ 11:51am
Coming back here again for the dyed versions.
You left off a zero in FCS.
The colored halfpants and cargopants are 0.7 blunt and 0.2 cut bonus instead of 0.07 and 0.02 not to mention the halfpants should be 0.06 and 0.01 since that's what you put the uncolored versions as.
The dyed rag loincloth also has pierce protection unlike the undyed version
Niska24 Sep 28, 2023 @ 2:49pm
This mod looks great! can we have a patch without NCE please :)

Baby Shark  [author] Mar 8, 2023 @ 2:07pm
Updated added stats to Cargopants (colored) , Halfpants(colored) ,Rag Loincloth (Dyed)
Salty Oreos Mar 8, 2023 @ 11:36am
The main ones I saw in FCS were the dyed loincloth, and the colored cargo pants
At least I think it was the cargo pants.
Baby Shark  [author] Mar 8, 2023 @ 11:22am
i see i see ill get on that later today. thank you
Salty Oreos Mar 8, 2023 @ 11:18am
Same with the colored versions of other clothing
Salty Oreos Mar 8, 2023 @ 11:14am
You added coverage to the rag loincloth but forgot to add any to the dyed version

Baby Shark  [author] May 6, 2022 @ 1:21pm
Finally got around to updating the mod with NCE. Lemme know if i missed something.
MGJ Sakazaki Mar 29, 2022 @ 7:45pm
NCE it always a must have in Kenshi.
Sorry about your GPU, mate =´[
Well, I use my iGPU =x
RedRockRun Apr 5, 2021 @ 11:11pm
No Cut Efficiency
RIP GPU
Baby Shark  [author] Apr 5, 2021 @ 12:14am
@RedRockRun what is NCE? i could try to make a patch or something but my ability to test my mods is limited atm cause my gpu died.
RedRockRun Apr 4, 2021 @ 9:10pm
Any support for NCE?
BrendanatorX Dec 13, 2020 @ 5:56pm
Thanks!

Oh also, does your mod add any sneak bonuses to ninja gear?
If not do you think you could add it? Anything with Ninja in the name really or that's black I feel like should have a stealth bonus honestly.
I don't think having separate mods for clothes would be ideal in-case they clash so having it all in one place would be good.

That reminds me too actually, your Black Turtleneck isn't black, it's white same as regular turtleneck.
Baby Shark  [author] Dec 13, 2020 @ 9:13am
@brendanatorX while just taking a quick peak in fcs it didnt look like to me that the ninja pants didnt have the stats you mentioned. However the black turtleneck and vest i guess i just didnt set them to spawn anywhere. so now they are apart of a few vendorlists and a research project.

ill load up a game and see in the pants spawn with stats later.
BrendanatorX Dec 13, 2020 @ 5:41am
mentioned bug in discussion, seems i'm the first one :P
Baby Shark  [author] Oct 24, 2020 @ 8:58am
@bragdras im really late in replying to this but basically all i did was add part coverage the game did its own calculations based on the items being set to the cloth armor class. However it is possible still to give them more protection by tweaking the cut and blunt def bonus values in the Forgotten construction set. currently thinking about just how much that should go up. There are six different grades for armour items. putting a 6% blunt def bonus would give an extra 1% protection per grade till it reaches the full 6% extra by the time its masterwork grade. Already have some ideas but dont want the items to be comparable to light armor it should still be worse imo
Baby Shark  [author] Oct 24, 2020 @ 8:52am
working on a buff for this mod. 2% resistance is pretty worthless. mind you dont expect huge buffs clothing is and should always be the lowest tier of protection. they will not be comparable to masterwork light armour
Bragdras Jan 17, 2020 @ 5:25pm
Did you add in the stats manually or copy paste the stats from the rag shirt to the clothes? Either way, this is a great mod, though I do wish they would be a little higher in term of protection, not by much, we're talking a couple more % of damage resistance so it's not 2% resistance on a masterwork clothe piece.

I really like the idea though, it's great and feels right mechanically, but the numbers are just too low to have any difference other than visually when looking at the item stats page
Baby Shark  [author] Oct 4, 2019 @ 10:02am
@SR i would but there isnt much to update besides the nobles trousers. Theres also wooden sandals but giving that any notable armor coverage dosent make much sense. i can update the nobles trousers in a bit. unless theres some other specific stat less item you noticed that i didnt.
SR Oct 4, 2019 @ 2:58am
should def update, loved the mod.
Bobfinfur Dec 10, 2018 @ 11:38am
can you add stats to the skin suits. i'd love to have my skeletons wearing masterwork human skin!
jaeger972 Jul 15, 2018 @ 12:21am
i don't know if you already did it but giving ninja clothes a stealth boost would be nice
Baby Shark  [author] Jun 22, 2018 @ 9:55am
all right ill look around a bit to see if i can find it.
Not Sure Jun 22, 2018 @ 8:35am
needs a minor update, i've spotted at least one stat-less clothing item. sorry, don't remember what it was. no biggie tho
Baby Shark  [author] May 16, 2018 @ 4:54pm
@DeadofPool works when i use it
Anarchy May 16, 2018 @ 4:41pm
Will this still work or?
Baby Shark  [author] Dec 19, 2017 @ 4:48pm
@PL yep all of them have the exact same stats as the rag shirt i believe. just different part coverages.
Cinto PL Dec 19, 2017 @ 3:23pm
So I assume these stats also vary in grade like Standard and Masterwork?
BigRowdy Dec 10, 2017 @ 5:08pm
Hmm sounds easy but its like learning to walk for me
BigRowdy Dec 10, 2017 @ 1:03pm
It does indeed and this is EXACTLY the type of steering I was hoping for. :steamhappy:
Baby Shark  [author] Dec 10, 2017 @ 11:25am
@BigRowdy i figured out that 233860 is the kenshi folder btw. hope that helps narrow it down
Baby Shark  [author] Dec 10, 2017 @ 11:02am
@BigRowdy well all you really need to do is to add part coverage on the pieces of clothing.
in the forgotten contruction set got to items > armour > open up the item you want to change > then on the little drop down menu select part coverage and well i think its pretty self explanatory from there. as for where to find workshop mods so you can edit them. my filepath looks a little like this. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content) after that point tho its just a bunch of folders with numbers instead of logical names for things soooo you would need to ask the mod author what the steam id for thier mod is in order to find it. or you could keep poking around folders at random. good luck hope i caould help
BigRowdy Dec 10, 2017 @ 6:29am
I use Notfuji's colored clothes...it adds 260 new items to the clothing....could you point me in the direction of where to modify stats for these (where located) as I doubt the extra items would be included in this mod.

Amazing mod. It makes many clothes have utility instead of being simply decorative.

Great Job.
Mr. Messy Sep 19, 2017 @ 4:20pm
Sorry about my ignorance. But I need to ask.
My game just updated and I lost all my subscribed mods. Is that normal? How do I get my mods running again?
