It doesn't break the game, it's easily craftable and you can pretty much still die even if you use this ring. This ring just amplifies your Health, Magicka and Stamina recovery but if you're not careful, you can get mobbed and still die so I wouldn't consider this ring overpowered.
A+ on this mod.
I don't really plan on making this any more powerful than it currently is. The point of it is to be helpful, but still be a bit balanced. However, if you'd like to use my mod file and change the percentages and release that mod yourself (I can tell you how/where to go in the creation kit if you're not familiar) I'd have no problem with that. No need to give credit to me, but if you did that'd be cool.
@XFlameX
Just click the green button to the bottom right of the picture. It'll be loaded up next time you play Skyrim. You'll see your mods loading in the launcher before you hit "play".
NOTE: If you use SKSE, you'll have to fire up Skyrim from Steam first to allow the new mods to install because SKSE bypasses the launcher all together.
I'm going to be honest; I can see those words you typed are English, but I have no idea what the hell you mean by any of that. I'll try to decipher and reply back to what I think you're saying:
"forgot to remove it before saving." I have this ring on all my characters and have saved many times with the ring equipped, no issue. Also, I've not had an issue with the "rapid recovery" staying in effect after the ring is unequipped. As for the last sentence, I'm completely at a loss. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
Thanks for all the positive comments guys. :)
@Symba_Girl: It's definitely not an invincibility ring. You can die, pretty much just as easily as you can normally in the game. It only fortifies regeneration, which will only occur during an "at rest" state. If you're in a fight, and you're getting stabbed, or shot with arrows, you're not regenerating. You'll have to take cover so you can regenerate. Same with sprinting/power attacked for Stamina & spell casting for Magicka. You'll have to stop for a second to let the regeneration kick in. The way I like to think of it, is that this is a fair replacement for H/M/S potions.
Yeah, that wouldn't be too hard at all. I'll see what I can do, probably won't be until this weekend, but I'll send you a PM.
