I think it might work better just to make the entire hat for the red team into a sort of dusty red. The problem being that it still looks like he's wearing a blue hat (I guess the grey could work though). Otherwise, excellent work!

Great job! I agree with VernoGuy, but I have a different suggestion, that the RED version should be a grey/black colour (similar to Soldier's default helmet) with the red badge :)

hmm, I'm not a fan of the color of the hat. I think your intention was that the purplish color would work for both teams, but it just looks too blue on red and doesn’t really work for either side, at least to me. I think you should go with a more neutral color or go with a standard red/blu color difference. But other than that the hat and the whole set is extremely well made and the way you incorporated the tf2 logo into the hat is so well done and fitting.
