I came looking at the oldest npc addons on the workshop and found this, it seems pretty up to date for such old addon

yeah, these are known issues but I probably won't be fixing them

They work for me, make sure you have the addon correctly installed and nothing is overriding its files. (there have been a lot of bug reports that stem from an other addon that includes the same files as this one)
