You can't change the size or brightness. My Classic Light stool allows you to change the brightness and radius of the light.

Hey can you make a darkness orb?
It ZUCCS the light from the map and makes it pitch black for filming in dark places

It doesn't glow at all. It's simply an orb that mimics the effect of something glowing just enough to illuminate itself but nothing else. If you want the entity that glows, try the Classic Light Stool.
