Simple, lore friendly, somewhat immersive, and balanced. Neat!

I wouldn't mind seeing a version of this mod that includes a nonviolent interaction with bandits, such as using the "bounty" to pacify some lower level bandits and convince them to follow you as allies.

Awesome mod. I must confess I keep te coins on me rather then selling them. Because as someone who kills so many Bandits I feel like I should Have a large bounty on me even if it's just how much my enemies would pay to see me dead.

At first I thought "This is stupid. Why would these bandits carry these coins, and why would anyone buy them?" Then it occured to me, these are bandits, they've commited crimes. Which means they have bounties on their heads. This coin represents their bounty, and the leaders have more coins cause they have a larger bounty. Selling the coin is equivalent to collecting the bounty. With that rationalization, this is a great mod.

Grest mod on its own, unfortunantly i added several others that make bandit killing pay out better, so now at lvl 40 i have almost 300,000 gold. For immersive players make sure you don't make the same mistake i did.

this is well balanced and a nice addition to the game.

When I first saw this, I though, 'Hey, maybe it's like a special coin item with an animation of you flipping it before/after clearing a bandit encampment.' Then I see description and I'm all alike, ' OMG So much better than what I thought it was, though the animated coin idea still sounds cool.' *hint* *hint* :P

yea maybe put it down to about fifty for regular bandits, but keep the bandit boss' the way they are. great mod, subbed :D

Instead of all bandits throw a couple of these on the Bandit Chief. You could also have the random assassins and thieves that you encounter in the world carry them too.

Make this a more rare loot and i will download subscribe it, awesome idea though :)
throni Nov 5, 2012 @ 9:26am
I think you should change it so it isn't on ALL bandits, or reduce the value of it, good idea anyway.

I read the part about it orginally going to be a badge, and I thought, "What if you get a certain amount, then you can craft a badge?"

Thanks.

@{Livgarde} Rek.☭Redraginkoala Most shop keepers don't have 3000 gold so if you want to get rid of all your loot you'll avoid selling these. These are like tokens so you can collect a bounty on each kill. I don't mind if the value is changed though, I just like the concept.
Redraginkoala Nov 3, 2012 @ 8:10pm
or if its not a rare item just make it sell for like 25 because i can go into a cave and kill like 20-30 bandits and that averages to like 2500-3000 gold a lil op huh?but if you change the value to like 25 then ill definately subscribe :)

All bandits? Think I'd rather find them as a rare item. Great idea and going to check it out.
