There's a wall in the red building above the tunnel that leads to the houses that is set to a nodraw material instead of a solid wall in the interior on the floor above the wide window. When you look out, you see chunks of the map stop rendering.

what you need to do is uninstill the map from your addons folder in garrysmod/garrysmod/addons

It should be called rp_mareopolis(insert alot of numbers here).gma and once you do it verify game cache and then start up gmod, exit gmod and then redownload the map and start up gmod again

my friend and I have had some trouble: we both have the map, but gmod registers his version of this map as a completely different map than mine... and then it proceeds to have a minor stroke that stops my friend from getting onto my game. plz halp me.

Oh, I think if you install Stormfox, you don't need TF2 for the skybox, because it replaces the skybox.

I didn't even realize this until I just read that comment, and my current computer doesn't have TF2 installed.

How to fix "Map missing error" by Aurora
1. Unsubscribe from the map
2. navigate into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
3. delete rp_mareopolis12356231.gma (The numbers may very)
4. verify your game cache
5. start up gmod
6. quit gmod then resubscribe to the addon
7. join the server

Is there any games needed for content? I can't see the sky, but my friend can.

why is it still saying i need the map

It seems like the sky is missing again, but that is a nice update. I've noticed that the swimming pool seems to be a part of the Red House's Property, but isn't easily accesable from the Red House. It isn't fenced off fromt the red house like a public pool, but there's no doors between the house and the pool.

I don't know what to make of that.
