Please please please tell me you still have the Model and Materials folder for this! I want to use this for SFM and [in case you didn't know] I can't just take the addon and put it on SFM. It requires that I have the Models and Materials folders.

that is all i believe so far, we will know more when the next dead space arrives. if you have evidence to anything otherwise please post without any kind of unnecessary extra comments.

oh and markers are not sources of unlimited power, they draw power from the sentient planet that obtains more power via consuming the moons that form as a result of markers and their "influence"

ugh... the last guy had everything right, however the marker doesnt transmit a "signal" per say. it actually transmits DNA in the form of a mental code that brands the mind of lesser species releasing a phisical explosion seeing as thats exactly whatever it is meant to do. it fuses, explodes, stabilizes, ending in necromorphs. the coding attempts to turn you in life ( seeing as its mental at first you can fight it with willpower ) which causes you to react in strange ways ( isaac clarke in dead space 2 for instance ) in death it is easier for the coding to manipulate you seeing as conciousness is not a problem. sleeping while "branded" could actually either be worse or better. eating a dead necromorph i believe would not actually cause anything different from simply having the DNA in you already. though it would most likely make you very, very, very sick.

true but somany people play the games but dont even listen to the story..... the black marker is a fragment of a sentient planet that uses the necromorphs as beacons to detect life on that planet. the markers start to turn you crazy from being close to one for too long and turns corpses into necromorphs. the necromorphs can all from differently and the infectors just carry that signal that the marker gives off to infect the bodies of people it kills. thats why it shoves a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ barb through there brain. the necromorphs still carry the marker signal influence even in death thats why eating dead ones will turn you into one slowly from the inside out.

The swarm can,The little head things can in dead space 3,Eating necro flesh can.Please study up before saying nothing else can.

FOR ♥♥♥♥'S SAKE
the Marker makes already dead bodies into necromorphs or the other types and when a necromorph kills someone the marker turns those dead bodies into necromorphs/ others also. I'ts not like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ virus that when you get bit you turn into one! IT'S If you die near a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ marker because only the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ marker and Bat-Things can turn them into necromorphs. NOTHING ELSE CAN
