Hahaha I just had the greatest glitch! I used it on a bear then hit it with Fus Ro-Dah while it was in the air, and somehow it cancelled gravity, sending the bear off into orbit just like the old Dovahbear video.

when does tolfdir go in the room with the eye of magnus I can not go any further in the college of winterhold quest as tolfdir is never in the room so I can talk to him abou the next step?

Okay, I figured out the problem. For some bizarre reason, it only works at touch-range now. It should work consistently if you get close enough.

got perks dude, it said 100 and something per second and i just re-subscribed, it worked for a few seconds, then failed again, is seige of whiterun stormcloak i used it on 2 imperials then when i tried to use it on the third it didnt work and the imperial decapitated me anoyyingly enough

Without perks, it drains, if I'm remembering this correctly, over 500 magicka per second. I may have even made it 800. Whatever the number, 1000 magicka wouldn't last that long without anything to back it up.

oh i ****ing have enough magic to use it, try 1000 magicka and i have the vampiric grip thing workin perfectly

Check to see if the Vampiric Grip power works. If it doesn't, something's wrong on your end, because this mod uses the exact same effect that pulls people over to you. It could also be that you simply don't have the magicka to use it, because it drains magicka at an extreme rate.

i had gotten legendary edition then somwhat 8 months later i download this, it wokrs AWESOEM at first, then it turned shitty and didnt work on people

I haven't made any changes to it since 2012, so maybe it's just your installation of Dawnguard or a somehow-conflicting mod.

Made the same kind of spell, only put the tome in the Archmage's quarters, just wondering, does yours make your character randomly make noises as if he is hurt?

I'll give this a try, I 'd like an area effect one like a cloak spell that pick objects up such as pots and plates it would be funny with archers trying to shoot you and hitting blocks of cheese and plates getting in the way haha

Actually, nevermind, I figured out the problem, for some reason the "Area Effect Ignores LOS" checkbox got unchecked after I had saved it, so I had to recheck it and now it works properly.

Okay, so, if anyone reads this, I wanted to make a Detect Life/Dead lesser power for Khajiit, however when I use it, it only detects creatures/corpses that aren't currently behind a wall, making it useless, and I have no idea why.

Tolfdir is the guy that teaches Alteration at the College of Winterhold, Alteration Ritual Spell is a quest that can be unlocked when you have an Alteration level of 90 or more.

I actually changed half of the Vampiric Grip effect to be an alteration spell so that Greater Telekinesis would be a master level alteration spell, so I'm thinking that means that Vampiric Grip will actually level up alteration, which I don't want for obvious reasons.

Yeah, but it doesn't replace telekinesis, it just adds a completely new spell.
