Patch 1#: Adds: a New USA HQ, adds more outside of the map decoration.

Spetsnaz Base OVERHAUL :
Adds updated Spetsnaz HQ to be bigger AND better. Added a new road connecting the Spetsnaz HQ to the main road. Added Animal spawns. Added a safe spawn point where you can't be spawn camped.

FIXES : Minor Bug fixes with the trenches. Fixed an issue with trees being stacked on top of each other. Fixed glitchy spots in the ocean. And lots of decorateing! Hope you all enjoy this update.
