Balance changes:

- Infectious Offering damage modifier changed.
From: 10/10/10/10/10.
To: 0/5/10/15/20.

- Purge (Eldritch Form) healing increased
From: 2/3/4/5/6.
To: 4/5/6/7/8.

- Excoriate can now critically hit.
- Excoriate crit changed from 0 to 1/1/2/2/3%.
- Excoriate and Deathlock damage reduction increased by 30% on all levels. (60% at max level)
- Excoriate and Deathlock damage reduction is only active when blighted.

- Abyssal Havoc damage modifier increased from 20% to 25%.
