Version 0.995 XD

Added a custom table skin and galaxy background to match the games theme and color scheme.

Version 0.9

Everything from the 4 Player Core Box is included except the Random Event Dice (I will be
adding this soon) Before making this version 1.0 I would like to polish the layout, add a few
place holders, and maybe even change the table type. Open to suggestions.
