Version 0.995 XD

Added a custom table skin and galaxy background to match the games theme and color scheme.
Background is from www.hdrlabs.com

Added card mat for Action and Resource Decks. Changed card back color for resource and artifact decks. Added scripting to auto shuffle Action & Resource Decks and Artifact Tokens Bag.

Version 0.9

Everything from the 4 Player Core Box is included except the Random Event Dice (I will be
adding this soon) Before making this version 1.0 I would like to polish the layout, add a few
place holders, and maybe even change the table type. Open to suggestions.
