Just added the crafting recipe for the Skath Workbench that I forgot previously.

- added the Skath Workbench to craft furniture and blocks

- added a variety of Skath themed crafting materials

- added Skath blocks and furniture

- added a Skath themed captains chair

- replaced the placeholder flag with the new skath flag

- balanced the Plasmaspear. Reduced damage at the cost of a lower energy cost

- balanced the Skath Plasma Shotgun. Reduced damage so the player is not able to one shot...

Just a small bug fix that prevented one from crafting a "Rustic Skath Shotgun"

- Added the Skath Forge, which is now used to craft skath related weapons, armors as
well as metal bars. Vanilla recipes apply to this forge as well.

- Added Assault Shotguns Tier 1 - 3 to the Skathforge crafting

- Added a Skath flag placeholder

- Renamed Electromagnet into Reactormagnet to avoid problems with FU. Mod needs testing if it works with FU

- Some balancing tweaks
