- Now supporting Ver3.1+.
- 5 new aura components, including 1 Juggernaut aura and 1 starbase aura.
- 2 new starbase buildings, the original 2 have also been remade.
- Building and districts now adapt new civics, will provide Catalytic technician and Artificer accordingly.
- The Trident of Titan now do not restrict to Titan ships, which can be installed on any ship with T slot.
- More bug fix and balance adjustments.

- Added two new planetary decisions, which can be used to automatically synthesize organic/robotic pops.
- Added some details for in-game descriptions.
- Building balanced, Ultimate Fortress has now moved to the army category and provides navy capacity.
- Ultimate Defense Matrix also provides navy capacity now. Both spaceport buildings now can be built without an upgraded citadel.
