Version 1.2, i think: Stealing is wrong, kids! Doggy bag has been updated to reflect this. Also worth noting is that the graphics have been overhauled and the sprite has an indicator as to whether the doggy bag is full or not. Fixes below.

> Can no longer steal shop items
> Can no longer pickup things you've already collected
> Actives retain their charge when picked up vs when dropped
