- Complety reworked the lod 3d model and it's textures

- lowered the lod model tris count to 200 tris

- Fixed the bumpmap and unapropriate shadow casting
(there still a few lone vertices but that's neglectable)

- Added a small neon glow to the CR signs

- Improved/polished/added lot of textures

- Lowered the high definition 3d models tris count noticeably

- Made a temporary LOD 3dmodels first shot, a better one with less tris will be the next update
(but i need to rework the whole lod_model textrues agencement & uv mapping to do so, wich is why for now this one is slighty high in tris count)

- meshs and textures improvment second pass
- added a normal map
- polished diffuse, specular, illumination

(there is still a few thing i want to improve regarding the main model so a third pass is to come)

- fixed the shadow cast issue, removing the normal map for now, will re-add it later

- fixed 2 small tris reverted normal vectoring
