Added two new synergies for Larry's Butt: Midas Touch and Bozo. Poop synergies have been improved - poop shield can be a mix of multiple variants of poop.

Buffed Moldy Cheese: green creep can now begin spawning again after Isaac goes down a floor.

Nerfed Chastity Belt: chance to prevent spawn reduced from 100% to 50%. Now synergizes with Mom's Box: 100% chance instead. Removed ability to kill enemies that were spawned before picking up the trinket.

Fixed Mini Maw bug where enemy IPECAC shots would explode near the player and hurt them. Changed visual for projectile hit while he is sucking and while he is charging a shot.
