Hot fix - for dinolimiter to prevent whiping of already tamed dinos when restricting the max number of dinos on a pre existing server with tamed varients.

Hot fix for ember wyvern default items (they only show on new tames or spawned in replacement dinos)

Ember wyvern now has a toggle crafting option in the radial menu and craftable items now show in the embers inventory to show exactly what you need available for auto crafting of these items. (flame on the eyes indicate if smelting is on or off)
