Fixed issue with missing mass drivers

Added Lifeseeder "weapons". In order to gain these weapons you must have the Genesis technology which is unlocked by the colossus technology and either cryptic gene therpy or spiral evolution techs and the Celestial mantle or Dimensional Exaltation technology.

How a lifeseeder works is you fire it on a planet this not only removes any and all tile blockers on the planet it also places eight pre-sapient pops on the planet based on the lifeseeder used. currently there are six lifeseeders each tied to the default species classes.

Lifeseeders are compatable with the Planet deversity mod.

Wargoals have been added

Conquest-Works the same as for normal empires.

Reclamation-Can declare a total war on normal empires if your a Celestial or a Dimensional empire.

Heavens Quake- Can delare a total war on any rival Awaken, Celestial, Dimensional empries and the Ascended, and Ascended HIvemind from the Zenith of the Fallen empires mod. Events will be worked on to drag your subjects into the war with you.

Subjugation- You have the option of four different wargoals that will turn the targeted empire into a fallen empire subject (currently the normal ones but if there is popular demand I will add in more). This wargoal applies to default empires. currently more worked is needed as on the completion of the wargoal the target does not turn into the subject type.

Fixed the technology requirements for the cryptic and spiral ships.

Added Advanced buildings which only require the enigmatic secrets or the loop insights techs. These buildings are able to be upgraded into the enigmatic and loop buildings repectfully or into the tier 4 resource buildings. Once you research the the respective building technology they become unavaliable (for example advanced powerplants cannot be build if you researched enigmatic or loop powerplants but can still be upgrade into them).

Removed Enigmatic Outposts as the default starbase for Celestial Empires for now.
Fixed issue where you could not built Cipher ships.
Added localization for starting messages for Enigmatic and Loop empires.

Fix the Damage output of the Point defence they should no longer outclass every other weapon.

Added loclization for the dimensional ship parts.

Added 10 more traits to the mod. Which are gained though events and selecting them as an inital trait.

All traits increase resource output and increase leader levels.

With the exception of the machine ones, The Ascended and Dimensional Species traits will also make your leaders immortal (not dying from old age).

Enigmatic Heirs, Loop Aherents, Enigmatic Machines, And Loop Machines Are inital traits. Which may be selected by your species in the empire creator. They may also be gained by the first enigmatic and loop perks if you select the non neutal option.

Cryptic Inheritors, Spiral Revolators, Cryptic Machines, and Spiral Machines Are gained by the Cryptic and Spiral perk if you had the first trait in the chain (for example If you had Enigmatic heirs you would get Cryptic Inheritors etc).

Ascended species, Dimensional Species, Celestial Machines and Dimensional Machines are gained from the final perk in the chains and in order to get them you must have had a cryptic or spiral trait.

Fixed the Armors not actually adding armor to the ship.

Fix the Icon issue for with the new combat computer icons.
Fixed the cryptic lances having the wrong damage values.
Made the Loop Avatar and Enigmatic Fortress designable again.
Fixed the Mod's filepath.
Completely gotten rid of the cheat perk from all versions.

Fixed the fire rates of most of the Enimgatic and loop Weapons. In addition increased the teir and tech cost of the technologies. And I finilly created combat computers for the cryptic and spiral sets. I am already aware of the issue of these computers icons not showing and am at work to correct it. In addition in the future if I forget to remove the cheat perk the AI will not select it nor can it be used in multiplayer.

Fixed the Issue with the game crashing when you research enigmatic secrets.
Also added(re-added?) the Enigmatic Disruptor arua technology.
