-Removed Extra Life Bonuses because it did not work with Dead Cat (extra lives now function as they would normally)

-Fixed Bug where Immortality Counter does not reset inbetween runs.

-Balanced Heart Bonuses for Resurrection Mask
-Picking up an extra life will kill you and RE-Resurrect with a full immortality counter
