fixed a issue that you pickup 2 or more items instead of 1
fixed collision problems

added a new Menu Entry for PickUp and Demolish
all doors and gates will get that later because there are some issues that the new Auto Close/Open Settings are disapearing when i set the new menu.

decreased the crafting speed by 1/2 for most tek structure (from 90sek to 45sek)
increased crafting time for the Shield up to 90sek for more balance
