Fixed card backs so that they show the right image when hidden in a hand

Fixed scripted dealing for number of players:

Playing with more than 6 players will now start with 4 of each card in the deck.
Playing with more than 8 players will now start with 5 of each card in the deck.

Fixed all missing files (let me know if anything doesn't work)

Added scripting to choose which of the expansions you want to use and auto deal. (Reload to reset the game)
